Based out of St. Paul, Augeo is a technology company specializing in engagement platforms. David Kristal, founder and CEO of Augeo, said in a company news release, “We are eager to cultivate Brand Network’s innovative paid social solutions that optimize cross-platform advertising budgets with data-driven strategies.”

According to the release, Brand Networks’ technology leverages AI and machine learning algorithms to promote brand relationships with consumers through social platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and Twitter.

With the acquisition of Brand Networks, Augeo has increased its employee base by 25 percent and is approaching $500 million in revenue.

Founded in 1999, Augeo has hundreds of clients like Ford, Apple, Land O’Lakes and dozens of Fortune 500 companies, per the release.

This news comes off the heels of another recent acquisition by Augeo where it combined forces with St. Paul-based Structural, a longtime partner. The two tech firms paired up in October in an effort to make remote work more engaging for employees and employers.

“For nearly two decades, Brand Networks has been at the forefront of the people-based marketing wave — navigating the meteoric rise of social platforms and the transformational impact on marketing on behalf of top brands worldwide,” said Mike Garsin, co-founder and CEO of Brand Networks, in the release. “This acquisition by Augeo will advance our capabilities and expand value for our clients — who will enjoy the same team, care and dedication as they do today.”
